The hotel is at a walking distance from the train station. You can also take a cab or the tramway (10min). 

Shuttle train stops at the airport up to 4 times per hour and allows you to reach Strasbourg train station in 8 minutes. You can also take a cab at the airport. 

The hotel is accessible by car (outside Christmas Market period), but we do not have a private parking. Public parkings are available at a walking distance from the hotel : Parking Parcus Broglie-Opéra, Parking Indigo Strasbourg Kléber-Homme de Fer, Parking P2 Sébastopol. 

No, we do not have a valet service. However, the front-desk office team remains available to help you with your luggages. 

Check-in time is at 3PM and check-out time until noon. You can ask for a early check-in at 30€ and/or a late check-out at 40€ (subject to availability and on request only).

Gym is currently closed.

Yes, the hotel has rooms suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please request this type of room when making your reservation.

Rooms are equipped with strongboxes, hairdryers, beauty products and a minibar.
Minibar consumptions are free for our customers.

All the rooms are non-smoking, as well as the commun parts of the hotel. The inner courtyard is a smoking area where ashtrays are available. 

You are welcome to come with your pet (at an additionnal cost of 25€). You will have to make the request upon arrival. 

We can add a crib in your room on request. If you wish to have an additionnal bed, you will have to ask for a triple room (at additionnal costs). For security reasons, it is stricly forbidden to exceed the number of people per room category.

Yes, the hotel has a laundry service. A laundry bag is available in your room. You will have to drop it off at the front-desk office before 10am. We will return your laundry on the same day, since 7pm at the front-desk or before 9pm in your room.

We can keep your luggages all the time you need. The hotel has a secured luggage room in self-service.

Yes, the hotel has twin beds rooms. You can ask for it when making your reservation or by asking the front desk before arrival.

The hotel has connectiong rooms, on request and subject to availability only.

The breakfast is composed of farm products, local and organic for some: hot drinks, fresh fruit juice, pastries, fresh bread, jams, spreads, homemade cakes, cottage cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals...

Breakfast is served on week days between 6:30 to 10am, and on week-ends between 7 to 11am. 

Feel free to indicate us all allergies, intolerances or specific diets so we can offer you an alternative. Gluten free and lactose free products are available at the breakfast buffet. 

An "Anytime menu" is offered between noon to 10pm. Additionnal suggestions are offered at lunch and at dinner, from Tuesday to Saturday.

Bar and pastry shop are open everyday from noon to 10pm.
